The acoustic guitar is the age old favorite dating back to 1779. It wasn’t until the 1930’s that the electric guitar screamed its way on to the music scene. Instruments that inspired the acoustic guitar have been around for a thousand years and include the lute and oud.

Learning to play guitar correctly is challenging even with great instruction. If you’re just starting out no doubt you’ll already have a burning desire to produce some kind of music from your guitar no matter what it is!
The trumpet, an instrument of the woodwind or brass family, is built primarily of brass or bronze and includes: a mouthpiece, horn end, a spit valve, and keys. Trumpets are instruments operating fully chromatic because trumpets contain three finger controls for tone control. Some of them also include a trigger line to fix any awkward sounds generated by the use of the three main keys. This line can be initiated while playing the trumpet and the change is so slight that it will be unheard when it is used. The spit valve is there to release any mucus that has made its way into the trumpet. The history of this instrument is rather astonishing and these instruments go long back in time; as far in history as 2000 B.C.
